What are the hall rental packages and the +1 Hour Free bonus? +
Our hall rental rates are ₹20,000 for 4 hours and ₹25,000 for 5 hours. The 5-hour package includes an extra 1 hour free of cost (giving you 6 hours total). This buffer is ideal for vendor setup, catering preparation, and guest photography. Maintenance and electricity charges are separate.
What special inclusions are provided free of cost? +

Outside food is allowed with proper disposal of food waste. Alternatively, our in-house catering services are led directly by Managing Director Chef Dharuman (Celebrity & Consultant Chef, State Secretary — USK Sangam), providing 5 official buffet packages (Breakfast ₹225, Veg Dinner ₹249, South Indian Lunch ₹275, Gourmet Veg ₹375, and Non-Veg Buffet ₹449 per head, min 100 pax) serving Coimbatore & The Nilgiris.
What is the DJ Speaker arrangement? +
A professional DJ speaker is available for your celebration for a nominal charge of just ₹1,000, perfect for announcements, music, and ceremony cues.
What are the hall dimensions, parking, and washroom facilities? +
YGR Function Hall features a spacious single-level layout with high 17 ft ceilings and mirror granite flooring. Car parking facility is readily available on-site, and separate gents and ladies washrooms are maintained with high sanitary standards.
